For Dr. Lalitha, dentistry has always been deeply personal. As a clinician, she brings the technical understanding and responsibility required to make sound decisions for patients while continuously developing the clinical teams around her.

When the dental journey began in 2017, Dr. Lalitha was already a mother of two. Over time, the clinics became almost like another child — something she cared for, worried about, developed and watched grow.

Her influence continues to shape D'Senyum's approach towards clinical responsibility, ethical dentistry, patient care, dentist development, continuous learning and high standards of treatment.

Jeevakumar entered healthcare from an entirely different world. Before dentistry, his journey was built in hospitality and multi-location operations across Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines.

That experience brought a different perspective into dental care. Not “How do we simply operate a clinic?” — but “How should a patient feel throughout the experience?”

How are they welcomed? How clearly are things communicated? How efficiently does the clinic operate? How does a 10-clinic network maintain consistency? How do people within the organisation grow?
